For shore excursions, please choose the relevant port as your tour departure point. Please note that tours beginning/ending at cruise terminals can be subject to a supplement cost.
All our tours can be easily converted to a shore excursion with pick-up right inside the cruise terminal.

The professional guides at Experience North Ltd all understand the importance of scheduling a tour that lets our guests fit in as much sightseeing as possible, but never with the fear of failing to return to the cruise ship on-time.
Our "shore excursion" tours offer our Guaranteed Return To Ship Scheme.
Some tours have fixed start times (even private tours) due to the length of the tour. However, we will always offer flexibility where possible.
Guests arriving by crsuie or rail have different schedules out of their control and we wil try to accommodate.
Talk with us if you would like to do any of our tours but the timings advised online do not quite fit into your schedule.
With 48+ hours prior to a chauffeured tour, Experience North Tours offers a full refund or credit for the value of the booking (exceptions apply). Cancellations with less than 48 hours prior to the tour or no shows cannot be refunded.
Special cancellatiuon policies are added to cruise shore excursions if booked as a "shore excursion".
Tours are conducted come rain or shine, but may be cancelled for severe weather (red weather warnings).
Gratuities are always appreciated, but never expected.
